The following are general design parameters that define Avon Middle School:
• A building addition having twelve new classrooms, including Science Labs and Special Education rooms.
• Renovation to the Kitchen and Cafeteria spaces.
• Addition of a Multipurpose space near the Cafeteria.
• Additional boys and girls locker rooms added to the south side of the building.
