In response to overcrowded classrooms, obsolete infrastructure and in an effort to provide equitable facilities district-wide and plan for long-range educational needs, Fairfield Community Schools approved building a new elementary school. The new elementary school with eighteen traditional classrooms, three kindergarten rooms and three special population classrooms was planned for 450 students. Art, Music, PE Gym, Educational Technology and Cafeteria/Kitchen round out the remainder of the building components. The new elementary replaced the original building constructed in the 1920’s.
